Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with any item you purchase from us, you can return it for a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags and labels still attached. 

To return an item to us:
1. Email us at quoting your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.          
2. CMDI will advise on the return details.
3. Upon receipt, a refund will be administered via your original payment method.
We will not issue an exchange or refund if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. 
We recommend that you insure the return goods posted to us as it is your duty to ensure the condition of the goods until we receive them. In addition, we recommend that you retain a proof of postage. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post when returning them to us.
For returns, shipping costs will not be refunded. This is applicable to the original shipping to your address and the return shipping to us. If you wish to exchange an item we will ship the replacement item to you at no extra cost.
Please also note that Returns & Exchanges may take up to 10 days to process.


I have been refunded an Incorrect Amount
We are very sorry that a mistake has been made. Please email quoting your order number and highlighting the error that you believe has been made.
Have you received my returned items?
If you have returned your item using a registered service, do track your parcel with your chosen courier. If it has reached us, do note that Returns & Exchanges may take up to 10 days to process.
If you have chosen to use a non-registered service, please refer to the shipping time of your chosen courier. CMDI is not accountable for any items lost or damaged by your chosen courier.
How do I return faulty goods?
We regret that you may have received a faulty item and we sincerely apologise for this.
If you believe that the item that you purchased from us may be faulty, please return the goods to us and include a letter outlining the fault. Once received, our team will inspect your item to determine the nature of the fault and you will be contacted. As with our standard returns policy, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect and process your return.
Return postage costs will be reimbursed, if a genuine item fault is identified. Imperfections caused by unsuitable item wear/use or intentional damage are not applicable.
How do I return an incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Please email and return the goods to us with your order receipt. We will ship out the correct item and all costs incurred will be refunded.
